The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and Olaya area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby, such as Flamingo Restaurant within walking distance.

We had major problem with the payments to the hotel. They did not accept cc payments, they insisted on payments in cash. The guests were expelled from the rooms and treated very bad. At the end the hotel charged more that was agreed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its good location and amiable staff. Location: the property was not far from center of the city. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Azkadenya Ksa that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The rooms here are spacious and the beds are really comfy, plus the service is excellent.

Nothing was to my satisfaction ,quality of linens were very bad, bathrooms leaky and not clean and no specified shower areas, air-conditioning not working , it is more likely you feel that you are in a labour camp. I do not recommend any body to stay in this hotel

Almost everything else, very old building, room and furniture. Yellowish bedsheets, a/c units noisy, just one towel in the bathroom and dwas not changed ,disgusting breakfast, very slow checkout process took almost half an hour. Do not be fooled with the photos !!

We appreciated the spacious room and the kitchen facilities, as we were able to cook our own meals. We also enjoyed the complimentary shaving set, dental kit, and shampoo provided. the hotel was conveniently located near many amenities, including an ATM, a mall, and the city center.

We found the breakfast to be limited and the basic items, such as butter and cold milk, were not readily available. We also noticed that the bedrooms were outdated, with old carpets and furnishings.
